Formlabs Nylon 12 White powder combines the qualities of biocompatible gray Formlabs Nylon 12 powder with the adaptability of white parts. Create functional prototypes and customizable end-use parts that can be easily painted or impregnated in any desired color, or for medical devices and models with high contrast and detail.

Printing with Nylon 12 White powder requires the use of the Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W and nitrogen.

3D Printer Compatibility

Printing with Nylon 12 white powder requires the more powerful laser of the Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W.

To prevent discoloration during the printing process, it’s necessary to use nitrogen to create an inert print chamber. This can be achieved by connecting a gas cylinder to the Fuse1+ or using a nitrogen generator such as the FLAIRMO N2G-15C.
