Production Method-Driven Design
Small adjustments can often yield significant mechanical advantages in 3D printing. We sometimes also split components so we can choose different print orientations for each part to achieve better visual or mechanical quality. This check is a standard part of our workflow, and since each project is custom-made, we don’t offer automated quotes.

During the conversation, Gijs will discuss your project with you. Do you already have a 3D CAD file (.STEP)? Then your quote will be ready quickly. If only minor adjustments are needed, the first prototype can be shipped in the following days.
Let Us Develop your First Prototype
Don’t have a 3D CAD file yet? Our specialist Gijs can create a 3D model in SOLIDWORKS based on a rough 2D sketch or concept. We can also 3D scan existing parts and use them as a basis for the design. The time needed for this naturally depends on the complexity of the drawing task. We do this in close consultation with you. Each step and any deviations are discussed in advance .
Once the design is ready, we print the first prototype and send it to you. You can then test it in your application. If the prototype meets requirements, we’ll start actual production after your approval. Need further adjustments? No problem, we’ll incorporate your feedback into a new version and create an adjusted prototype.

Feel free to make an appointment and visit us with your sketches or with the component that needs to be designed. You’re welcome at our print farm in Hengelo (ov) or in our showroom in Den Bosch.
During the appointment, we’ll show you examples of prints in different materials and printing techniques. We’ll explain the details and together determine which best suits your project . Our print farm is set up so we can start printing immediately when the material is in stock. If a material isn’t in stock, we can usually deliver the part within a few days.
