Our 3D printing products
At Fenix 3D, we offer 3D printers, service, consumables, and training for Prusa, UltiMaker filament FDM/FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication), Formlabs powder SLS (Selective Laser Sintering), and resin mSLA (Masked Stereolithography).
SLS 3D Printing
In an SLS 3D printer, parts are quickly and precisely built by fusing very fine powder together using heat and a laser source. The loose powder provides the support and can be reused after the print job. The loose powder is collected and processed in a depowdering system such as the Fuse Sift.
SLA 3D Printing
In an SLA 3D printer, parts are built by curing resin (liquid photopolymer) at the location of the light source. This combination of light and liquid creates highly accurate models. After printing, parts must be washed and cured for optimal properties.
FDM 3D Printen
Our European suppliers, UltiMaker and Prusa 3D printers, use filament, a plastic wire that is melted and laid down layer by layer to build a model. With an FFF 3D printer, you can 3D print with hundreds of different types of thermoplastics.
3D Print service
At Fenix 3D Printing, we’ve been providing a 3D printing service for businesses under the name CW Development since 2020. We specialize in Formlabs SLS and SLA, as well as FDM, for which we use UltiMaker 3D printers.
Our current print farm consists of seven Formlabs Fuse SLS printers, several Formlabs SLA printers, including two large-format models capable of printing biocompatible materials, and UltiMaker filament printers.
